Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller who is responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including P&L statements, KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and shared area reconciliations, while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. The role also supports internal controls, conducts operational checks, and contributes to ad-hoc financial tasks to ensure effective team collaboration and comprehensive management reporting.

İş Tanımı

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L reports
  • Preparation of monthly KPI reports including, indexation and P&L related analysis, ensure alignment with Power BI
  • Analyze and report monthly revenues
  • Check of P&L accruals, FX revaluation checks
  • Ensure accurate data entry of tenant move-ins/outs and space changes into the system
  • Prepare shared area income/expense files on a quarterly basis and in line with the budgeting process
  • Prepare annual shared area reconciliation work and tenant notification letters
  • Monitor turnover data entries and maintain system accuracy
  • Maintaining and improving controlling files and forecast model and forecast and budget presentation related excels
  • Monthly and quarterly forecast preparation along with the comments for management reporting
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Off balance sheet reporting
  • Performing operational checks and performing internal control
  • All other ad-hoc questions; workload distributed within the team in most optimal way.

Aradığımız Profil

  • BA, Economics or Finance degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Experienced in SAP FI, CO & AA and Power BI
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, detail-oriented
  • Advanced in MS Excel, database systems and reporting tools;
  • Advanced in English
